Hi everyone! I'm sitting on top of a ridge at Rogers Pass, BC. Great view!

My current professional interests include Broadcasting, Computers, Technology Management, and Web Authoring. I am a Technology Director at a major electronics company in the Chicago area, and I am also a registered Professional Engineer in Illinois.

My affiliations include the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE) and the IEEE 802.22 WRAN standards group.

My areas of expertise include Audio and RF Design, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), and Spectrum Management.

I earned my BSEE and MSEE degrees from Northwestern University, and my MBA degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.

My hobbies include Fitness Sports, Computers, Wireless Technology, Web Development, Music, and Travel (somewhat in that order). Although I sometimes hate to admit it, I am still a licensed amateur radio operator (callsign: K9RE). I very much enjoy classical radio. Finally, I have a small collection of old radios.
